[Global] Scheduled maintenance: Monthly Windows updates of LeaseWeb vCenter/vCloud services
Dear LeaseWeb customer,
As part of our commitment to continuously improve the level of service we provide, we would like to inform you about the upcoming maintenance on Thursday the 18th of January 2018. Please find below answers to questions you may have about the work.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
On the 18th of January 2018, between 06:00 & 08:00 (CET), LeaseWeb will perform scheduled maintenance on all the VMWare platforms. Unfortunately, during this maintenance your vCenter web client or vCloud director portal will be unavailable and it will not be possible to start/stop/restart your VM via the Customer Portal.
WHY ARE YOU PERFORMING THIS MAINTENANCE?
LeaseWeb is committed to providing you with the best possible service and, to do so, we need to keep our systems up to date.
WHEN EXACTLY WILL MY SERVICE BE IMPACTED?
The expected maintenance window will be 2 hours. Your vCenter/vCloud service(s) will be impacted for approximately 30 minutes during this maintenance window. All your VM's will not be impacted and will remain online during the whole maintenance window. LeaseWeb engineers will be available during and after the maintenance in case any issues should arise.
If you have any concerns or questions regarding this maintenance, our engineers are available at email@example.com.
