[NL, AMS-01] Storage Network maintenance VMware single tenant and NAS customers
Dear LeaseWeb customer,
As part of our commitment to continually improve the level of service LeaseWeb provides, we want to inform you about the upcoming maintenance on our storage network infrastructure.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
On the 9th of April 2018, between 23:00 and 03:00 (CEST), we will be performing a maintenance on our storage network infrastructure in the Netherlands (AMS-01 datacenter). The storage network in question serves storage for the VMware Single Tenant Private Clouds (NL) and shared storage in private racks.
During this maintenance your storage connection will experience a short interruption. This will not have any impact on your VMware environment and all VM's will remain online. Customers that have shared iSCSI storage in private racks, might experience some of the iSCSI target IP's going down and up one by one.
WHY ARE YOU PERFORMING THIS MAINTENANCE?
LeaseWeb is committed to providing you with the best possible service and, to do so, we need to perform a migration on our storage network infrastructure.
WHEN EXACTLY WILL MY SERVICE BE IMPACTED?
The expected maintenance window will be 4 hours, in which your services will remain online and reachable. LeaseWeb engineers will be available during and after the maintenance in case any issues should arise.
If you have any concerns or questions regarding this maintenance, our engineers are available at email@example.com
