At this moment there is packetloss to the TC2 network segment.

We are doing our utmost to solve this issue a.s.a.p.
As soon as we have more information available, we will publish it here.

The primary coreswitch is no longer working.
We have failed over to the backup coreswitch.
Most customers are online again without packetloss.

An engineer is on his way with a replacement supervisor blade for the primary switch.

The supervisor blade has been replaced, and the primary coreswitch is active again.
If you are still experiencing problems, please contact support.
